Imagine Tile Inc. reveals their newest wall tile collection: rePly. Designed by artist Rich Moorhead, the inspiration for rePly came from peeling back the layers of a skateboard. Peeling back these layers exposes seven layers of colorful veneer, or ply. Skateboards are made this way in order to increase stability and control. The designer believes that this cross-section captures a story within a story of a once ridden skateboard.

Imagine Tile’s collection is a multi-striped ceramic wall tile collection and comes in 4.25-by-4.25-in. and 4.25-by-10-in. The rePly collection is made with pre-consumer recycled materials. In addition, they contain no VOCs, are resistant to strong chemicals and are unaffected by UV light. The collection is durable and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. With six colorways and two tile sizes, designers can choose a specific color palette and tile size or mix and match all six to create custom patterns and designs.
