Last week the City of Bayonne, NJ approved BAYVIEW, a new, gateway waterfront community on the Newark Bay. This 1,100 unit, mixed-use project features 55,000 s.f. of retail including a 10,000 s.f. roof-top restaurant. This highly amenitized project has 42,000 s.f. of amenity space and new waterfront walkway and pier.
