• e-1510 pump with Hydrovar
  Featuring built-in intelligence and embedded IoT connectivity, this new integrated motor and variable speed drive solution paired with the e-1510 extends pump lifecycle and reduces the cost of ownership, all in a compact, lightweight design with ratings up to 30HP (22kW) and delivering IE5 ultra-premium efficiency. Sustainability is top of mind with Xylem’s permanent magnet-assisted synchronous reluctance motor technology that uses a sustainable permanent magnet material without environmentally damaging rare earth metals. Other differentiators include an intuitive color interface, flexible assembly process and mobile application for optimal efficiency and convenience.
• Digital solutions: optimyze™ and Avensor
  Bell & Gossett’s digital solutions deliver cost efficiencies and a new level of connectivity through simple-to-use smart features. optimyze™ is a modular condition monitoring solution that uses predictive analysis to identify potential equipment problems before they occur. Periodic monitoring of system vibration, temperature and pressure of rotating and fixed assets such as pumps, motors, heat exchangers and steam traps ensure
  system health and reliability. Asset health information is stored, collected and analyzed in the optimize sensor.
  Avensor is a cloud-based digital app that provides alerts and data-driven insights from a Cloud Connect Device (CDD) connected to your pump station or other water infrastructure assets. This decision intelligence service increases efficiency systemwide by providing real-time, actionable data that proactively account for pump failures, system disturbances or other issues.
• High-efficiency gasketed plate heat exchangers (GPX) products
  Bell & Gossett’s newest additions to the GPX product line will include high-efficiency “X” plates for the GPX P86, P110, P45 and P55 models. Through advanced engineering, this high-efficiency technology delivers increased performance for gasketed plate and frame heat exchangers in a smaller footprint that supports heat transfer applications, such as oil cooling and more. Utilizing “X” plates can increase heat transfer thermal
  performance by 20%, reduce surface area by 20% and reduce material by 15%. Additionally, “X” plates will reduce operating costs and environmental impact. Standard configuration options include high-efficiency plate designations XL, XK, XM, XKXM, and XMXL, options of 304SS, 316SS, or Titanium plates, and Nitrile and EPDM gaskets.
• Series e-90E Smart Pump
  Building owners who want to build better are turning to more efficient equipment to reduce operating costs and carbon footprint. The new Series e-90E Smart Pump meets this demand by combining the industry-proven e-90 pump series with the Xylem Smart Motor — an ultra-premium IE5 permanent magnet motor — in a fully in-house integrated system that offers pump, motor and variable speed drive all in one. It is available in 12 combinations of high RPM e-90 models combined with the Xylem Smart Motor ranging up to 3HP. Installed in either horizontal or vertical applications, the robust mechanical seal lowers maintenance costs and increases its life. The pump’s ability to communicate with other building systems coupled with its high-efficiency hydraulic design maximizes pump performance, lowers energy cost and helps meet government
  regulations.
• TECHNOFORCE™ HVAC Packaged System
  In response to market demand for solutions that reduce labor costs and time, the new TECHNOFORCE™ HVAC Packaged System is an all-in-one HVAC pumping system package that comes fully assembled, consisting of end-suction pumps, valves and control drives, making it a turnkey solution with a single job-site delivery. With a higher flow per square foot, it offers a higher capacity yield in a smaller footprint. Available in 40 models, most will fit through a standard 36-inch doorway, ideal for retrofit or new construction projects. Designed for primary or secondary HVAC pumping systems, the TECHNO FORCE packaged system features preconfigured part numbers to accelerate ordering and significantly cut down on lead time.
• Next Generation Low Water Cut Off (LWCO)
  An expansion of McDonnell & Miller’s existing LWCO product line — a safety device used on commercial and residential steam boilers — the next generation LWCO includes the boilerwize™ FPC-1000, the industry’s first field-programmable New Generation Control, which simplifies installation and allows for faster order fulfillment by reducing the number of models from 19 to 5. Fewer SKUs means less inventory to carry, streamlining purchasing, stocking levels and carrying costs for wholesalers and distributors. Other improvements include a patented self-cleaning probe, rugged brass construction and mobile device connectivity for boilers and system troubleshooting. The expanded product line also includes two additions to the RB series: the GuardDog® RB24SE, the first-ever connected LWCO, and the GuardDog RB-122E, a primary cut-off for residential and commercial hot water boilers.
• Series e-80SC-XL
  The Bell & Gossett Series e-80SC-XL enhanced centrifugal pump is a new highly efficient, split-coupled pump designed for the commercial buildings market. An expansion of the e-80SC vertical in-line pump line, the Series e-80SC-XL can reach where there is demand for higher flow and head applications. With several seal options and the addition of 10 large in-line pumps to the current e-80 offering, the e-80SC-XL meets the competitive and growing demands of the industry. In addition to best-in-class hydraulic performance with industry-leading efficiencies, the e-80SC-XL’s vertical installation boasts a smaller footprint and its space-saving high-head application has low
  operating and maintenance costs.
