Brendan Ravenhill Studio has launched the Beam family of pendants. This collection is the studio’s design response to the efficiency and light-casting qualities of LEDs. They’ve replaced fluorescent tubes with thin strips of high efficiency LEDs. The design includes angled sides and rounded ends to imply the directionality of both the light and of the fixture in space. By carefully choosing materials and keeping efficiency in mind, Brendan Ravenhill created the Beam pendants: refined linear fixtures that cast an even, flattering glow.

The pendants come in two shade options: Opal Acrylic and Oak Plywood. The Opal Acrylic’s translucent shades create a warm, refracted light, while the Oak Plywood’s shades bounce light downwards. The pendants are also available in 46 and 84 inches.
