Brookfield Properties hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for multifamily building at The Yards

On Friday, Brookfield Properties hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for Parcel I, a soon-to-be-named multifamily building at The Yards. It will include 379 apartments, 20% of which will be affordable, as well as 16,000 square feet of retail space. The project’s state-of-the-art amenities will include on-demand co-working spaces, lounge areas, a rooftop terrace and pool, and a signature double-height fitness bridge. #theyardsdc
