Taco Comfort Solutions launches a new magnetic dirt separator. The 4900 Series dirt separator provides dual-action dirt separation for closed loop hydronic heating systems. Both the life cycle and efficiency of a hydronic component are improved through the use of an effective dirt separator. The 4900 Series separates microscopic particles including dirt and magnetite from hydronic fluid with minimal pressure loss.

Taco Comfort Solutions utilized a powerful 13,000 gauss magnet, as well as patented PALL ring technology. A valve at the bottom of the vessel allows for easy cleaning. The product is available from ¾- to 2-inch NPT, as well as ¾- to 1 ½-inch sweat. The unit has a maximum operating temperature of 250 degrees Fahrenheit and maximum pressure of 145 psi.
